You have full access to the basement suite and parking pad.

Sage Hill is a quiet, modern neighborhood in Calgary’s northwest. It features clean streets, family-friendly homes, and easy access to shopping, parks, and walking paths. The area feels peaceful but is still close to major roads and amenities, making it convenient without feeling busy. There are many shops within walking distance including Walmart, T&T, Sobeys, McDonald’s, and Tim Hortons. Other local restaurants to enjoy include Pho Hoan Pasteur, Red Top Pizza, and Baladi Shawarma. Note: There is a large step from the concrete driveway to the back porch. Not suitable for guests with mobility concerns. There is no air conditioning in the unit but it stays relatively cool in the summer months.
